The Bliss Reinvigorate combination treatment provides an indulgent and reinvigorating one-and-a-half-hour full head-to-toe massage experience. Beginning with a 10 minute welcome foot spa and neck, back and arm massage to relax your muscles, your feet and/or hands will be then treated to 35 minutes of Chinese Reflexology – based on the ancient wisdom and art of Chinese medicine. By applying alternating thumb pressure we’ll help release your body’s natural energy flow and encourage overall well-being for your entire body. Finally, choose from a 45 minute deep tissue or a relaxation massage. The deep tissue massage uses various strokes and deep pressure to help ease the pain of muscle tension – and is renown for unwinding painful knots and providing restorative benefits to return you to peak performance. The relaxation massage uses traditional Swedish sweeping stroke techniques to reinvigorate your circulation and metabolism, while reducing muscle tension for total body relaxation

Beginning with a 5 minute welcome foot spa and neck, back and arm massage to relax your muscles – you will be then treated to 25 minutes of stress-relieving ancient Chinese Reflexology. This is followed by your choice of a one-hour deep tissue massage, or a full-body relaxation massage. The deep tissue massage treatment incorporates deeper, stronger pressure to rejuvenate the deepest layers of your muscle tissue to reduce stress and restore your body – while the relaxation massage incorporates sweeping strokes to increase circulation and metabolism while releasing muscle tension to provide total body relaxation.

To finish, you will be treated to an 90 min body massage with your choice of a deep tissue or relaxation massage treatment. Stimulating the reflex arcs on your feet, this unique massage technique uses manual manipulation to pinpoint and release tension points. Finally, you will be treated to your choice of a 65 minute deep tissue, or a relaxation massage.
